Why I’m Getting Certified
I’m finally going to take the SJCP 5 this Friday. I’ve been a programmer for a few years now and have come to the realization that I need to do something for myself. Many people think certification is a waste of time and money and claim it is of no use.
Getting certified will allow me to have new found confidence in my job and knowledge of Java. It will also help me in the future when and if I decide to move on to new challenges. The certification could be the deciding factor to who is a more qualified canidate.
